Mario Williams

Mario Williams is a violinist, violist, and sales associate for Sweet Harmony's Mid-South TN region. Mario earned his B.M. in Viola Performance from the University of Memphis. His orchestral experience includes performances with the Delta Symphony Orchestra, Iris Orchestra, North Mississippi Orchestra, Jackson TN Symphony Orchestra, and Starkville Symphony Orchestra. With a background in hip-hop and fiddle playing, Mario is a versatile musician well prepared to play in any setting. He won a fiddling competition in Columbus, MS, and he has performed with hip-hop artist Tyke T. He is a sub in the Memphis Symphony Orchestra and is an active freelance musician in the Memphis area. He can also be heard on film documentaries including "The Memphis 13" and some albums with Tyke T and various local artists.
